You can pay BeotelNet's services in following ways:

  1. At the Points of sale:
    • Cash
    • Payment cards
    • Checks
  2. At bank or post office:
    • Payment slip - paying on BeotelNet's account, reference number is mandatory
  3. Online payment:
    • Payment cards - select your service on web portal and extend it. You can pay your order using Visa, Master or Maestro card's that support online payments. Card processing is done through the AllSecure company, and in cooperation with Unicredit Bank Srbija a.d.

Protecting confidential transaction information

When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems.

BeotelNet-ISP has integrated one of the most advanced electronic payment processing platforms from ALLSecure doo for electronic billing purposes. Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment platform of ALLSecure doo and payment processor UniCredt Bank Serbia a.d. Payment transactions are executed in accordance with legal regulations and PCI DSS standard.

BeotelNet-ISP has no access to card data at any time, except for a minimum set of data for the purpose of recording payment for a service in its information system, enabling the payment of payments to the Users and notification of a payment transaction. Please use carefully and keep safe your credentials for accessing the My Beotel portal and for using the card, as BeotelNet-ISP is not responsible for the communication to the other persons by the credit owner.

The minimum data set consists of the following data:

  1. Payment card brand;
  2. Last four digits of number on payment card;
  3. First and last name (name) of the payment card owner;
  4. Month and year of paymetn card validity.

In order to inform the User about the success of the transaction, BeotelNet-ISP will electronically send to the registered e-mail address in the BeotelNet-ISP information system, submit to the User a transaction report containing the transaction data and information about the registered User of the paid service.

Refunds policy

A user of BeotelNet services is entitled to a refund of the amount paid by BeotelNet, as a percentage of which he did not use the service, less the costs incurred by BeotelNet as a result of using the service.

Delivery policy

The customer who successfully completes the payment of the service, and BeotelNet receives a payment confirmation from the bank during the transaction, receives the service immediately and receives a clear notification via the web and e-mail. In the case of a technical problem, and if the customer does not receive the service, they must submit a complaint to BeotelNet.

Delivery limitations

If the user does not meet the technical requirements for the delivery of the service, BeotelNet cannot guarantee the delivery of the service. If the user's account is irregular in the system for any reason, the user will not be able to receive the service. In this case, it is necessary for the user to submit a complaint to BeotelNet.

Complaints policy

If the user is not satisfied with the service or has a technical problem, and in accordance with the general terms of use, the accepted conditions or the signed contract for the use of the service, he has the right to submit a complaint to the phone +381 11 4255 000 or to e-mail Beotel is obliged to respond to the complaint within three business days, not counting the day of the complaint. In the event of a considered complaint, the refund will be made exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank, at the seller's request, will make a refund to the cardholder's account.
